Here is a collection of the most frequently asked questions from users concerning our facility.

What time do the campsite gates open?

The opening time of the gates is 7 a.m.

What time do the gates of the campsite close?

The closing time of the gates is midnight.

At what time is it possible to take possession of the accommodation unit? (bungalows, mobile homes, flats and hotel rooms)

The units will be delivered after 4 p.m..

At what time is it possible to take possession of the pitch?

Pitches may be occupied after 12 noon..

What time is it possible to check in?

It is possible to arrive at the campsite before the handover of the accommodation/pitch after registering at the reception and to use all our facilities (swimming pool, sea and refreshments) while waiting for the accommodation/pitch.

What time can I check out?

The accommodation units must be vacated by 09:00 on the day of departure, also freeing the car park.

Pitches must be vacated by 12 noon..

The services included for the village? (bungalows, mobile homes, flats)

Welcome kit, initial cleaning, first supply of towels and bed linen, water, electricity and gas consumption, air conditioning, entrance to the swimming pool, playground, open-air cinema, free wi-fi, daytime and evening entertainment from 25 May to 17 September, beach service with 1 beach parasol and 2 sunbeds, electric vehicle charge, 1 reserved parking space.

The services included for camping?

Hot water in the sanitary facilities, hot showers, free wi-fi in the refreshment areas, entrance to the swimming pool, outdoor cinema playground, day and evening entertainment from 25 May to 17 September, electric vehicle charging stations, 1 parking space.

Is it possible to leave the campsite during the evening? At what times?

Leaving your car in the car park outside the camping area, you can leave at any time through the pedestrian gate; however, it is forbidden to drive inside the facility from 00:00 to 7:00 to avoid disturbing the guests' rest.

Is it possible to choose the pitch or structure number?

A numbering preference can be requested at the time of booking, but confirmation will be subject to availability.

Can a reservation be cancelled? If yes, what happens?

In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained in full. You can add the "BOOK SAFELY" option to your stay for only €30, which allows you to cancel free of charge up to 5 days before your check-in date.

The 'BOOK SAFELY' option must be added at the same time as the booking confirmation and will not be returned in the event of cancellation.

What is the amount of the tourist tax?

The municipality of Cupra Marittima applies a tourist tax of € 0.50 per day for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights from 1 July to 31 August. Children under 14 years of age are excluded from the application of the tax.

When is silence time in the village?

Quiet hours must be observed from 00:00 to 7:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00 to allow our guests the maximum amount of peace and quiet they desire.

Are animals allowed? If yes, in which areas?

Pets are allowed within the camping area and in the village facilities that allow them. Small/medium-sized animals can be accommodated on our campsite.

A maximum of 2 animals are allowed per accommodation unit/pitch and must be reported when booking, stating also the weight and breed of the dog. By municipal ordinance it is forbidden for animals to enter the campsite beach, but you can find accessible areas nearby. Access to the swimming pool and the supermarket is prohibited, but animals are allowed in the dining and communal areas.

For them, we have dedicated a walking area with agility equipment and a small shower to refresh them.

Are credit cards accepted?

Yes, debit and credit card payments are accepted (no American Express). No cheques..

When should the stay be paid for?

The balance must be paid on the day of arrival or within the first two days of the stay at the latest.

Can you leave during the night?

Yes, it is possible, but it must be agreed in advance with the management.

Is it possible to take advantage of restaurant packages?

Yes, half- and full-board packages can be arranged at the reception.
